Every chocolate has a story. Ours begins on our farms in the Anaimalai Hills and unfolds through a farm-to-bar journey built on quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship. From nurturing cocoa trees to crafting each chocolate bar, every stage reflects our commitment to authenticity, sustainability, and exceptional taste.
Harvest
Our journey begins in the lush Anaimalai Hills, where ripe cocoa pods are carefully hand-picked at the perfect stage of maturity. Each pod is opened by hand to reveal fresh cocoa beans, ensuring only the finest harvest continues to the next stage.
Bean Selection
After fermentation and natural sun drying, every batch of cocoa beans is carefully inspected. Only premium-quality beans with the right flavour profile are selected, ensuring every chocolate bar begins with exceptional ingredients.
Roast & Winnow
The selected cocoa beans are gently roasted to unlock their rich aroma and complex flavour. They are then cracked and winnowed to separate the shells, revealing pure cocoa nibs that form the heart of our chocolate.
Grind & Conche
The roasted cocoa nibs are slowly ground into a rich cocoa liquor before undergoing the conching process. This careful refinement develops a silky-smooth texture while enhancing the chocolate's natural aroma, flavour, and melt-in-the-mouth experience.
Temper & Mould
The refined chocolate is precisely tempered to create a glossy finish, satisfying snap, and stable texture. It is then poured into carefully designed moulds, giving every chocolate bar its perfect shape and premium appearance.
Hand Wrap
Every finished chocolate bar is individually hand wrapped with care to preserve freshness and quality. From our farms in the Anaimalai Hills to your home, each bar reflects our passion for craftsmanship, sustainability, and authentic farm-to-bar chocolate.
